Purpose or use: To manage registration in the camps organized by the club. If you authorize us to do so, the data will be processed to send the Club's newsletter or bulletin, as well as to inform about activities, acts or events organized and/or sponsored by Levante U.D., S.A.D. and/or the Cent Anys Levante U.D. Foundation.
Legal basis for lawfulness: The processing is legitimized on the basis of the performance of the purchase-sale contractual relationship, to which you are a party. If you accept the sending of the information mentioned above, the legitimacy for this processing is based on the consent you give us through the resource enabled for that purpose.
Retention period: The data will be kept for the purchase-sale operation for as long as they may be required by the competent public authority. In relation to the sending of information, the data will be kept as long as you do not revoke your consent or exercise your rights of objection or deletion.
Assignees or recipients: The data may be assigned or communicated to the Cent Anys Levante U.D. Foundation, as well as in the cases provided for by law.
Data protection rights: You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability or objection, by sending us or submitting a letter to the Club at Calle San Vicente de Paúl, 44, C.P. 46019 Valencia (Spain), accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent identification document. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Data Protection Officer at dpd@levanteud.es or, where appropriate, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
